ITEM 1
It’s back to Machin cylinders, with a brand new offer. This is a chance to collect the Enschede Elliptical perforation cylinders. Elliptical perforations were introduced back in 1993 as anti fraud measure, and are used by all the major printers. We are starting this new feature with the Dutch firm Enschede who were first used back in the 1980s when they printed an 8 pence value for Royal Mail. For your £19.95 you will receive 10 different cylinders, and if you want to go a bit more specialised and are interested in different fluors and perforation varieties, we can double it to 20 for £39.90 post free.

ITEM 3
Never in a month of Sundays, did we expect to be able to offer these again. Our original stock was purchased about 3 or 4 years ago, and basically forgotten. When we finally got around to offering these they sold out in no time and we thought that was it. A few months ago, an elderly lady came in to the shop with what appeared to be a most unpromising accumulation. She pointed out a set of these Indian George 5th High Values, and then remarked that she had about 100 of them! We struck a deal, and you can snap up a bargain. Current SG values are about £80 for the set of 6, yours for just £19.95 plus £1pp.

ITEM 5
Did you miss these? You weren’t alone! These curious back of the book items were introduced as an experiment in 1984, and have full postal validity. Suffice to say the experiment was not a success, and left postmen and sorting offices quite bemused. They were issued in sets of 34 and are known as Frama labels. The complete set is £19.95 plus £1 pp.

ITEM 7
Here’s a real curiosity! For Commonwealth collectors looking for something really out of the ordinary, how about this. These stamps are featured in the Barefoot Specialised Catalogue, as you can see they are the Social Insurance stamp issues from 1976, and they exist denominated and undenominated. The 12 denominated values (Barefoot 9/20) catalogue a chunky £50 per set, and the sister proof set of 12 undenominated values in matching colours is uncatalogued but obviously rarer. Only 200 are believed to exist. Needless to say they are complementary and the one only makes sense in tandem with the other other, so we are offering this as a joint unit, and all 24 stamps are on offer for just £39.90 post free. We can also offer this unit as blocks of four for £150 post free. Please enter a quantity of '2' for the 24 stamps or '8' for the blocks of 4.

ITEM 8
The two items illustrated are uncommon (at least in recent years) examples of constant varieties on commemorative stamps. The 1992 Environment stamp shows the blob on 4 variety on the right hand stamp of the gutter pair with a normal on the left providing a neat comparison. The 1993 Orchid variety is even better. Presented in a block of four with 3 normals is the missing year stamp. The imprint showing the year of issue appears about a centimetre to the left of the 33p denomination, but it is completely missing on the bottom left stamp of the block! Both varieties for just £19.95 plus £1 pp.

ITEM 9
Postal History is a fascinating area for collectors offering a wealth of interesting study material and where arguably every single item is unique. This offer comprises four Victorian covers, two with Penny Red plate numbers and two with the forerunner Penny Red stars on them. The pictures show examples of what you can expect to receive. In addition to what you can see, envelopes of this period commonly have receiving and transit marks and date stamps on the reverse. Many of the envelopes still have their original contents and these offer a wonderful insight into the past. Condition is variable but all are in collectable condition bearing in mind their normal commercial usage over one hundred years ago. Four Victorian envelopes, (two Penny Stars and two Penny Plates) for just £19.95, or a double lot, eight envelopes for £39.90 or a treble lot twelve envelopes for £57.50 post free or a quadruple lot £75 post free.
